Wood Carving
For this part of the project, I decided to work on material I had at home. At first, I had no idea what to do with wood, but I found popsicle sticks, so I glued them together until they gave me something solid.
Mold Making
The mold making was the hardest for me to do since it requires more complex materials. I decided to use oil-based clay and print every sense of my body, printing them in the clay. The clay is oil-based, so it never stays the same, never dry up, so it becomes a great representation of time parallel to my senses.
Metal Working
Metalworking was my favorite. I decided to make a clone of my face from a collodion picture taken way back. I inspired myself by looking at the work of Alexander Calder to make my sculpture with simple linework
